1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us at malkielfragrance@gmail.com before placing an order.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹X (set your threshold, e.g., ₹499).
- A standard shipping fee of ₹X (e.g., ₹50–₹75) is applicable for orders below the minimum value or for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, if enabled.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track the real-time status of your delivery.
6. Failed Deliveries
If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us. A re-delivery can be arranged upon request, and additional shipping charges may apply.

If you receive a damaged package or if any items are missing:
