Cancellation and Refund
At Malkiel, we strive to ensure your experience with us is smooth and satisfying. However, if you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review the policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by reaching out to us at malkielfragrance@gmail.com or via our customer care number. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
After Dispatch:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refer to our Return & Exchange policy (if applicable) once the product is delivered.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:
- You cancel the order before it is shipped.
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (subject to verification).
- The product is out of stock or unavailable after placing the order.
- The product is out of stock or unavailable after placing the order.
Refund Process
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, you will be contacted to provide bank details or UPI ID for processing the refund.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Products purchased during a Clearance Sale or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Products that are used, tampered with, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Order ID
- Reason for cancellation/refund
- Photos (in case of damaged/defective items)
